Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—regarding performance, stability, or uninterrupted access.

3. Use of Counterfeit or Unauthorized USDT

Clients must use authentic and verifiable USDT (Tether) only.
If counterfeit or unauthorized tokens are detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and pursue legal action and compensation for damages.

4. Wallet Address Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their wallet addresses.
The Company is not liable for any losses, delays, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect address input.

5. Reward Distribution

Profit distributions usually begin seven (7) days after joining the program.
However, due to blockchain processing times or system adjustments, delays of several hours may occur.
Rewards are automatically transferred to the wallet address registered by the client.

6. Affiliate Program

The Company offers an Affiliate Program that provides commission-based rewards.
If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected—such as false referrals, multi-account manipulation, or misuse of the system—rewards will not be issued, and the related accounts may be suspended.
The Company’s internal criteria for determining fraud are confidential and will not be disclosed.

7. Reward Rates and Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to change reward rates, lock-up periods, or other program terms without prior notice.
Any updates will be published on the Company’s official website.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, or network disruptions.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
